It’s about people who struggle to output their thoughts.

For me, thoughts are like a tangled superposition. Unlike people who (in my view) are smart and can work backwards from a conclusion, my thought process is quite different.

If you call yourself a technician, perhaps it’s better to be able to explain things. But my mental image of thinking doesn’t fit well with that.

I think “A exists, and B exists, so C can be derived” is a clear and good explanation. However, if I say, “B exists (while A and similar A’ and D are floating unconsciously), so C can be derived,” it raises the question, “Where did B come from in the first place?”

When I try to verbalize A, it feels like similar A’ disappears from my thoughts. D might not be directly related but could have been a clue due to its similarity.

When there are A and similar A’, and A is unrelated but similar to D, and B exists leading to C, if I output A, B, and C, A’ and D get excluded.

I feel that I can’t convey A’ and D during the explanation, and they vanish from the superposition. This makes me feel that the breadth of my thoughts is narrowing.

If there is a single answer or a brilliant method, and you can work backwards and put it into words step by step, it might be easier. But for me, I think of it as grabbing something out of the superposition that “just happened to be the answer.”

As a result, writing it down becomes extremely difficult. When asked, “How did you come to that result? How did you come up with that idea?” I get stuck.

For me, I conclude that it was “an action that happened to be the answer, based on past acquired information and connections of words.”

Thus, the output becomes very vague, making it troublesome for others to judge. I believe that having a reason for an answer or conclusion is correct, but it’s very painful when I can’t see the reason myself.

Even if I reach a conclusion, if the reason behind it is based on personal experience, it might not serve as a useful output for others.

I often hear that output like technical articles is important and I understand that.

However, can I make an output without explanations or reasons…? This was a rambling note.
